Between all of life's demands, work, kids, sports, friends and family, extra time is very valuable. Let us help you not only have extra time but also a clean home you can enjoy. We want the day we visit to be your favorite day to come home.

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: Cash, Check, (Until the first of 2014)

 

Q: Should I leave a tip for the cleaners?

A: Leaving a tip is up to you. We do ask that you leave a note informing us that it is a tip. Honesty is of up most importance and no cash would be taken unless directions are left to do so.

 

Q: How will I provide you with entry to my home?

A: There are several ways depending on your comfort level. A key can be hidden, you can give us a garage code, give us a key for the term of service, or be present when we arrive.

 

Q:Is it ok to leave special instructions?

A: Yes it is. Your happiness is our goal and open communication can help make certain we achieve that. 

 

Q: What should I do before a home cleaning?

A: To make our house cleaning more efficient we ask that you pick up clothing, toys, and other household items prior to our visit.

 

Q: Do I provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

A: No. We come with all cleaning supplies needed to clean your home. However, if you would prefer for us to use your cleaning products or equipment we will gladly accommodate.

 

Q: Do you require a contract?

A: No contract is required. However, if a service goes more than two weeks beyond the normally scheduled appointment there will be an extra charge.

 

Q: What if I have animals?

A: We ask that you inform us before the first visit and let us know if dogs or cats will or will not  be in a cage. Because pets are our four legged children we would also like to know their name(s). Knowing their name seems to help make them feel more comfortable too.
